Given the circumstances how should this years draft be handled? Be advised that a majority vote does not neccessarily decide outcome depending on voter turnout.

If we do one round or two can we make the time between picks 4-5 minutes instead of 10. If we do it this way and everyone took the full ten minutes we would be looking at close to 7 hrs.
