- Off-season trading period will begin the day after the end of the MLB season (end of World Series) and extend to the opening of Yahoo Fantasy Baseball (usually around March 1st).

- Off-season rosters may include a maximum of 27 players (2 will need to be cut at at opening of Yahoo Fantasy to get to an original 25 man roster). Any trade putting a team over the 27 man limit will require a player drop.

- No free agent player may be added to a roster during the off-season period.

- All off-season trades must be posted with a message of approval by all involved parties.

- It will require 6 votes to veto a trade within 7 days of trade announcement at which point the trade will be processed.

- Trades involving waiver priority are permitted during the off-season.

- Trades involving more than 2 teams are permitted during the off-season period.
