At least with Dickerson, Moss, Beltre, Willingham, Gutierrez, Bush, Lohse, Snell and three RPs with a bit of upside, there is a crumb of something there for the future!

That roster was terrible when you took the team over. There isn't a top 50 player on the whole team. It looks like the last owner just took a pass in the 1st 5 rounds of the draft.

Might have been a top team in 2001 with Luis Gonz, Piazza, I-Rod, Kent and Thome in it, but for 2008, sucks to be me....2009 might be a bit brighter IMO with another off-season of wheeling and dealing.
